The Firebird

Originally painted for an art challenge in the Huckleberry Art Academy Discord server, this is basically my version of an Ivan Bilibin illustration. taking inspiration from Russian fairy tale motifs, and adding in dystopian dilapidated cityscapes and hobo fashion.

Painted completely by hand in Photoshop, but I did use Stable Diffusion to generate idea/style/vibe references.
